The Accountant position is a full-time opening that will support the Business Office at FLM.

Skills Required

  • Accounting degree required
  • Experience in QuickBooks
  • Expertise in QuickBooks Enterprise preferred
  • Experience in integrating QuickBooks, Excel and third party software
  • Prepare weekly and monthly financial statements and reports
  • Research and analyze accounting transactions
  • Develop budget and accounting policies
  • Experience in liaising with external auditors
  • Prepare reports on state and federal payroll taxes
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Attention to detail and problems solving skills
  • Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office
  • Experience in managing databases, generating reports, disseminating information through emails, creating spreadsheets, and project management.
  • Experience required
  • Team player
